Tips:
1. In really bright rooms or outdoors, the sun can wash out the light, so seeing the laser beam under strong sunlight with naked eyes is sometimes difficult. A laser detector will help to get dimmer laser lines outdoors.
2. Do not shake the device, which may compromise the accuracy of the laser level.
3. Store the unit in a cool, dry place to avoid any damage caused by heat or moisture.
4. Remove the batteries whenever you are not using your tool.

Question and Answer
· Why does the green laser flash all the time?
If the pendulum is locked, the tool will continue to flash to alert you to manual (non-self-leveling) mode.
If the pendulum is unlocked (the self-leveling mode), it will continue to flash to alert you that the tool is beyond the 4° ± 1° self-leveling range.
· How to use this level to get a line that is perpendicular to an existing wall?
This laser level has a magnetic attachment in the box. The laser fires 360 degrees which will give you a perpendicular level line from the corner.
